Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For custom-made items, more time is required. - Estimated delivery time: 12–15 days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. - Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order in the “My Orders” section of your account.
Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. They must be unused,undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom-made glass items are non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. - How to Return/Exchange
1. Log in to your account and go to “My Orders”.
2. Select the item you wish to return/exchange and submit a request.
3. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
4. Ship the item back to us. Returns are free for store credit. - Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
